Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MyGuri platform. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using MyGuri's platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyGuri Ltd.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. MyGuri reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at myguri908@gmail.com.
Hosts must ensure their listings are accurate and comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and building codes. Hosts are responsible for setting appropriate house rules, responding to booking requests in a timely manner, and providing a safe and clean accommodation. MyGuri is not responsible for the condition or accuracy of any listing.
Guests must use accommodations only for their intended purpose and comply with all house rules set by the host. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Guests must accurately report the number of guests in their booking. Commercial use of accommodations is prohibited without explicit host approval.
MyGuri charges a service fee on each booking transaction. All fees are disclosed before booking confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Hosts receive payouts 24 hours after guest check-in. MyGuri reserves the right to modify its fee structure with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation terms depend on the policy selected by the host (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Guests should review the cancellation policy on the listing page before booking. MyGuri's service fees are generally non-refundable. In cases of extenuating circumstances, we may override standard policies at our discretion.
Users may not use MyGuri for any unlawful purpose, post false or misleading information, circumvent our payment systems to conduct transactions off-platform, harass or discriminate against other users, or use our platform to distribute spam or malicious software. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
All content, branding, and technology on the MyGuri platform is owned by or licensed to MyGuri Ltd. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant MyGuri a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for operational and promotional purposes.
MyGuri acts as an intermediary platform connecting hosts and guests. We are not liable for any damages arising from accommodation stays, host or guest behaviour, property damage, personal injury, or service interruptions. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid to MyGuri in the three months preceding the claim.
In the event of a dispute between hosts and guests, MyGuri provides a mediation service. Users agree to first attempt resolution through our support channels before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the user's jurisdiction of residence, or another mutually agreed venue.
MyGuri reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform following notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
