Can I lose my Superhost status?
Yes. If your performance falls below any of the four criteria during a quarterly review, your Superhost status is removed. You can regain it by meeting all criteria by the following quarter.
Does every listing I own get the badge?
Yes — the Superhost badge appears on your host profile and on all of your active listings when you hold Superhost status.
What if a guest leaves an unfair review?
You can flag reviews that violate our review policy. Our team will investigate and remove reviews that are fraudulent, discriminatory, or violate community guidelines within 14 days.
How do I track my progress toward Superhost?
Visit your Host Dashboard and navigate to Analytics — you will see your current progress against each of the four criteria updated in real time.
